Why do we love animated cartoons. Well the answer is simple. Cartoons are really works of art. With the voices, storyline, humor, plot and of course the art work a cartoon is a moving picture.
But let us also consider the history of cartoons. The first cartoons were feature length movies. That is right movies, not Television cartoons like what we have today. So the time and care that went into making a feature presentation still carries over into todays cartoons. Next time you watch a cartoon show stop and think about what it takes to get the right voice matched to th eright character and the right character design. This is what seperates the good cartoons from the crap cartoons like the misadventures of flapjack. I hate that show and can hardly wait for it to go off the air.
When you get the cartoon voices matched to the right character and the right character design you get the great classic cartoons like Bugs Bunny, Daffy duck, Avatar, Naruto and Transformers the cartoon.
